I created some brand new and delicious recipes with tiger sauce. This first recipe is a macaroni and cheese, filled with banana peppers, green peas, and tiger sauce.

Ingredients For tiger macaroni and cheese

1 lbuncooked elbow macaroni

2 Tbspmargarine
-
1/4 call purpose flour
-
2 cheavy cream
-
1 chalf and half
-
4 Tbsptiger sauce, divided

1 1/2 cshredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
-
1 cshredded colby jack cheese
-
4 ozcream cheese, softened
-
2 1/2 tspground black pepper
-
1 cfrozen peas, thawed
-
3banana peppers, chopped
-
1 ccrushed salad croutons
How To Make tiger macaroni and cheese

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Coat the bottom and sides of a 13- x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

3Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.

4Melt margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat. Gradually whisk in flour; cook, whisking constantly, 1 minute.

5Gradually whisk in heavy cream, half and half and 3 tablespoons tiger sauce until smooth; cook whisking constantly, 8 to 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.

6Whisk in cheeses and black pepper until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in peas, chopped banana peppers and cooked macaroni.

7Pour macaroni mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle in crushed salad croutons.

8Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle with remaining tiger sauce.
