How To Make stir-fried noodles

1Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2Heat peanut oil in uncovered wok at 375 degrees. Add mushrooms, green onions and salt; stir-fry for 1 minute.

3Add noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, and white wine. Stir-fry to combine heat. Serve immediately.
