I like to call this a German Noodle. It is excellent with most German Dishes. Hungarian Goulash is my favorite.

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 cwater

3/4 cflour (about)
How To Make spaetzle or eggs drops

1Beat egg with salt and water. Add flour and STIR to a smooth batter.

2Drop by a teaspoon into boiling water. Simmer gently for 10 minutes or until tender.

3Move to a strainer to drain and put on plate. Top with Hungarian Goulash.
