1 1/2 cbutter or margarine, melted

2 cuncooked instant rice

210 1/2 oz. cans onion soup

210 3/4 cans chicken broth

1 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1 cwater
-
24-5-oz. cans mushrooms, undrained
How To Make rice and noodle casserole

1Slightly brown noodles in butter, add rice and mix well. Add soup, broth, soy sauce, water and mushrooms. Turn into 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 10-12 servings.
