Ingredients For rice and noodle casserole

  • 8 oz
    pkg. fine noodles uncooked
  • 1 1/2 c
    butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 c
    uncooked instant rice
  • 2
    10 1/2 oz. cans onion soup
  • 2
    10 3/4 cans chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 c
    water
  • 2
    4-5-oz. cans mushrooms, undrained

How To Make rice and noodle casserole

  • 1
    Slightly brown noodles in butter, add rice and mix well. Add soup, broth, soy sauce, water and mushrooms. Turn into 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 10-12 servings.
