Ingredients For pilaf

  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 pkg
    egg noodles (12 oz)
  • 1 can
    french onion soup
  • 1 can
    water
  • 1
    bouillon cube (beef or chicken)
  • 1 c
    instant rice
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 can
    mushrooms (optional)

How To Make pilaf

  • 1
    On medium heat melt butter in a large pan and add noodles. Stir until they are brown. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and put on low heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until the rice is done. Add more water if the noodles get too dry.
