Ingredients For pasta with ricotta & parmigiano

1 lbpasta of choice

1 cfull fat ricotta cheese

1 cmilk
-
1/4 cshredded parmigiano plus more for serving

salt and pepper to taste

3 Tbspfresh parsley chopped
How To Make pasta with ricotta & parmigiano

1Place a large pot of water on stove. Add 2 tbsp. salt and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Meanwhile mix the ricotta, milk, & Parmigiano together.

2Drain the pasta and place back in pan. Add the ricotta mixture and warm through. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Stir in the parsley.

3Serve with more Parmigiano
