This is the other recipe that I made with the grilled chicken and was yummy too. I love the combo of crushed crackers and parmesan added to the noodles to give a different texture and taste. A great side dish to almost any meal. It is super easy to make and still has lots of flavor. I have added a couple of spices to this recipe but original source belongs to catsnk9mom from notecook.com. It is one delicious recipe.

Ingredients For parmesan cheese noodles

  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    beau monde seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp
    onion salt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 8 oz
    noodles, cooked
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 clove
    garlic, (use garlic press)
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley or basil
  • 1/3 c
    ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese, shredded

How To Make parmesan cheese noodles

  • 1
    Cook noodles as directed. Add butter to a large frying pan on medium heat till melted and add oil. Stir in your garlic, beau monde, onion salt, parsley or basil, & pepper. Saute for a couple of minutes and set aside.

    Add crackers and parmesan cheese; mix well.

    Then add to your drained noodles and stir till noodles are covered well.
