Ingredients For papperdella with garlic and olive oil

  • 12 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 12 oz
    pappardella pasta
  • 1 c
    chicken stock
  • 1 c
    italian parsley chopped
  • grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese for garnish

How To Make papperdella with garlic and olive oil

  • 1
    Place the olive oil in a small saucepan over med heat. Add the garlic and cook until the garlic starts to brown. Remove from heat. Set aside.

    Place a pot of salted water on stove and bring to a boil. Cook the pasta until almost al dente. Drain. Place the pasta back in the pot and pour the chicken stock over.

    Cook until the stock has completely been absorbed. Add the garlic oil to the pan and stir in the parsley. Serve garnished with parm
