So much better than the packaged variety and easy to make. I sometimes add cubed, cooked chicken to make a main dish. Otherwise we like this as a side dish to chicken or steak.

Ingredients For noodles romanoff

8 ozwide egg noodles

2 csour cream

1/2 cparmesan cheese, divided

1 Tbspchives, snipped (i only use when fresh are available)

1 tspkosher salt

1/4 tspfreshly ground white or black pepper

1 lgclove garlic, crushed

2 Tbspbutter
How To Make noodles romanoff

1Cook noodles, drain return to pan and set aside.

2While noodles are cooking stir together sour cream, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, chives, salt, pepper and garlic.

3Add butter to drained warm noodles. Fold in sour cream mixture. Arrange on a warm platter and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
