Ingredients For noodle pudding

  • 1 lb
    boiled noodles
  • 1/8 - 1/4 lb
    butter (melted in baking pan)
  • 3
    beaten eggs
  • 1 can
    drained fruit cup or peaches or applesauce
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 4 - 6 oz
    cottage cheese
  • 2 - 3 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • cinnamon (to taste)
  • raisins (optional)

How To Make noodle pudding

    To boiled noodles, add eggs, sugar, fruit, cotage cheese, cinnamon, raisins & sour cream - mix well.

    Put in baking dish that has the butter melted in it. Bake 1 hour at 350 covered for the first 40 minutes. Uncover the last 20 minutes! Enjoy!
