Ingredients For noodle pudding

1 lbboiled noodles

1/8 - 1/4 lbbutter (melted in baking pan)

3beaten eggs

1 candrained fruit cup or peaches or applesauce

1/2 csugar

4 - 6 ozcottage cheese
-
2 - 3 Tbspsour cream
-
cinnamon (to taste)
-
raisins (optional)
How To Make noodle pudding

1To boiled noodles, add eggs, sugar, fruit, cotage cheese, cinnamon, raisins & sour cream - mix well.

2Put in baking dish that has the butter melted in it. Bake 1 hour at 350 covered for the first 40 minutes. Uncover the last 20 minutes! Enjoy!
