My kid's constantly fight over this dish. They love it cause I change it up every year during the holidays!

Ingredients For mama's special mac & cheese

1 boxwhole wheat macaroni noodles

2 ccolby cheese
-
2 csharp cheese
-
2 cmild cheese
-
2 ccubed velveta chunks

1 canchopped green chillis
-
16 ozsour cream
-
1 jarpimento
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 cmonzerella cheese
-
1/4 cmilk
How To Make mama's special mac & cheese

1Boil macaroni noodles until done. Salt to taste. While noodles are cooking, preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray cooking pan with Pam.

2Once noodles are done, place a layer of different cheeses in bottom of pan then layer of noodles. Blend sour cream and cream of mushroom soup along with pimentos, and green chillis, then spread on top of noodles then continue with more cheese, noodles, and spread more of the mixed ingredients on as a top layer. Sprinkle a little bit more shredded cheese as top coat. I usually use a little monzerella cheese as top layer.

3Pour a little bit of milk in the pan to cook, usually about 1/2 cup is all it takes. Milk should be about an inch from the top layer. Place in oven and cook 1 1/2 hour or until top layer is lightly browned and milk is gone. - ENJOY!
