This was served at BUNKO last month. We always have macaroni and cheese with our traditional Easter ham and this will be the recipe I use. DELISH!

Ingredients For baked macaroni and cheese - stephanie

  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2 1/2 c
    uncooked macaroni
  • 4 c
    grated cheese (i use cheddar)
  • 5 c
    milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make baked macaroni and cheese - stephanie

    350 degree oven. Pour the melted butter into 9 x 13" baking dish. Layer in the following order: 2 1/2 cups uncooked macaroni, 4 cups grated cheese, 5 cups milk, and salt and pepper.

    Swirl mixture with a wooden spoon twice. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees, uncovered. ENJOY!
