I have a family of four. I am a SAHM! We love out pasta and this is so kid friendly. The mac and cheese is usually gone before the rest of dinner.

Ingredients For mac and cheese

1 1/2 boxshell noodles

8 ozsharp cheese

8 ozextra sharp cheese

8 ozmild cheese

1 1/2 cmilk

1egg
How To Make mac and cheese

1Cut cheese into small cubes

2cook pasta until it almost done to your taste.

3drain pasta.
-
4put pasta back in pot and have over low heat or med depending on your stove.

5add cheese to pasta.

6stir and then add milk to pasta.
-
7crack egg and add egg to pasta and mix well.

8pour pasta in a baking dish and bake at 350 until top of mac and cheese is nice and bubbly on top.

9Feel free to add more cheese on top. Mozzarella is good on top or parmigiana.
