I have a family of four. I am a SAHM! We love out pasta and this is so kid friendly. The mac and cheese is usually gone before the rest of dinner.

Ingredients For mac and cheese

  • 1 1/2 box
    shell noodles
  • 8 oz
    sharp cheese
  • 8 oz
    extra sharp cheese
  • 8 oz
    mild cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1
    egg

How To Make mac and cheese

    Cut cheese into small cubes
  • 2
    cook pasta until it almost done to your taste.

    drain pasta.
  • 4
    put pasta back in pot and have over low heat or med depending on your stove.
  • 5
    add cheese to pasta.
  • 6
    stir and then add milk to pasta.
  • 7
    crack egg and add egg to pasta and mix well.

    pour pasta in a baking dish and bake at 350 until top of mac and cheese is nice and bubbly on top.

    Feel free to add more cheese on top. Mozzarella is good on top or parmigiana.
