Ingredients For mac and cheese

2 cuncooked elbow macaroni

1/4 cmargarine or butter

1/4 call purpose flour

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1/4 tspground mustard (dry)

1/4 tspworcestershire sauce

2 cmilk
-
2 csharp cheddar cheese (shredded or cubed)
How To Make mac and cheese

1Heat over to 350

2cook macaroni as directed on package

3melt butter (or Margarine) in 3 qaurt saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, mustard and worcestershire sauce. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minuute. Stir in cheese. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted

4Drain macaroni. Gently stir in macaroni into cheese sauce. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Baked uncovered 20-25 minutes or until bubbly
