Ingredients For lo mein

  • 12 oz
    thin spaghetti
  • 2 c
    cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    lite soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced fresh ginger
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 22 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 stalk
    celery, sliced thin

How To Make lo mein

  • 1
    Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.
  • 2
    Heat oil in a large skillet or wok.
  • 3
    Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • 4
    Add onion and celery and cook another 3 minutes until translucent.
  • 5
    Add the cabbage and stir fry until tender-crisp
  • 6
    Add the soy sauc e adn cooked spaghetti. Stir to coat and mix well.

    Cook until heated through. Serve immediately.
