Ingredients For linguine with mushroom parsley sauce

8 ozlinguine

salt
- SAUCE

2 Tbspbutter

4 clovegarlic minced

1 lbmushrooms chopped

1 cfresh parsley chopped

salt and pepper

1 cdry white wine
-
1 cheavy cream
-
1 cshredded grana padano cheese or parmesan
How To Make linguine with mushroom parsley sauce

1Place linguine in boiling salted water and cook until almost al dente. Drain reserving 1/2 cup pasta water

2For the sauce Add the butter to saucepan. When the butter is melted add the garlic and mushrooms. Saute for about 3 minutes. Add the parsley. Cook 2 more minutes.

3Add the wine and let reduce by half. Add the cream and cheese. Add the pasta water and linguine. Cook about 3 minutes. Taste and add salt and pepper.
