Ingredients For linguine with mushroom cream sauce

3 Tbspunsalted butter

8 ozmushrooms, sliced

3 mdgarlic cloves, minced

1/2 tspdried rosemary, crumbled

freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1/2 cheavy cream
-
salt, to taste

4 ozdried linguine
-
2 ozcream cheese, cut into small cubes

fresh parsley, chopped
How To Make linguine with mushroom cream sauce

1Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium-low heat.

2Add mushrooms, garlic, rosemary and generous amount of pepper.

3Cook until mushrooms exude their juices, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.

4Add cream and simmer until sauce thickens slightly, about 3 minutes. Season with salt.

5Meanwhile, cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water. Drain well.

6Add pasta and cheese to sauce and stir until cheese melts.

7Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
