Ingredients For lemon garlic pasta

2 tbs butter

2 tbs olive oil

5 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh is best.

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

8 oz cooked angel hair pasta

1/2 c chopped parsley
How To Make lemon garlic pasta

1Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Cook 1 minute stiring constantly. Do not allow garlic to burn as it will turn bitter.

2Add lemon juice, salt and pepper

3Bring to a boil and pour over cooked pasta.

4Add parsley and toss gently

5Serve immediately.
