Ingredients For lemon garlic pasta

  • 2 tbs butter
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh is best.
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 8 oz cooked angel hair pasta
  • 1/2 c chopped parsley

How To Make lemon garlic pasta

  • 1
    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Cook 1 minute stiring constantly. Do not allow garlic to burn as it will turn bitter.

    Add lemon juice, salt and pepper

    Bring to a boil and pour over cooked pasta.

    Add parsley and toss gently
  • 5
    Serve immediately.
