Ingredients For lemon and cilantro couscous

2 Tbspolive oil

2 clovegarlic, peeled and minced

1/2 tspground turmeric

1 2/3 cchicken broth

1 tspgrated lemon zest

1/2 tspsalt

1 1/2 cdry couscous

1/4 cchopped fresh cilantro

2 Tbspfresh lemon juice

salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make lemon and cilantro couscous

1Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and turmeric; stir 1 minute.

2Add broth, lemon zest, and coarse salt; bring to boil.

3Remove pan from heat. Stir in couscous. Cover; let stand until liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.

4Fluff with fork; mix in cilantro and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
