Ingredients For honey margarine macaroni and cheese
- HONEY MARGARINE

2 1/2 stickmargarine, melted

3/4 choney
- MACARONI AND CHEESE

1 cshaved Parmesan cheese
-
16 ozdry elbow macaroni

1 cheavy cream
-
3/4 cwhole milk
-
3egg whites
-
1 Tbspsea salt mixed with black pepper

8 ozsharp cheddar cheese, shredded
-
8 ozcolby jack cheese, shredded
-
1 cshredded Parmesan cheese
How To Make honey margarine macaroni and cheese

1Whisk melted margarine and honey together in a small bowl until combined.

2Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add shaved Parmesan cheese and spread out evenly.

3Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon honey margarine and macaroni and cook until al dente for 8 minutes.

4Drain and return to the pot. Add 1 tablespoon honey margarine; stir well for 30 seconds. Set aside.

5In a large bowl, mix the heavy cream, milk, egg whites, 2 tablespoons honey margarine and sea salt/black pepper together until fully combined.

6In a separate bowl, combine the shredded sharp cheddar, colby jack, and Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons honey margarine; mix well.

7Layer 1/2 the macaroni in a prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese mixture. Repeat the layers.

8Pour the milk mixture over the top and add the remaining honey margarine. Mix evenly.

9Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
