1lemon, juice and zest of

1 ccouscous, uncooked (not israeli type)
How To Make herb and lemon couscous

1Combine all ingredients EXCEPT couscous in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

2Remove from heat and stir in couscous. Cover and let stand off heat for 5 minutes.

3Fluff with a fork and serve.
