Ingredients For healthy romanoff noodles

8 ozno-yolk noodles
-
16 ozcontainer light sour cream
-
1/4 cmelted butter
-
1/4 tspsalt and pepper each
-
1 tspminced garlic
-
1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
freeze dried parsley for garnish
How To Make healthy romanoff noodles

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray.

2Cook noodles as directed, drain. Stir sour cream, butter, salt, pepper and garlic into noodles.

3Spoon mix into baking dish. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 20 mins. Sprinkle w/ parsley.
