Delicious and goes great w/ a meat dish. I adapted this from one of my dads recipes.

Ingredients For healthy romanoff noodles

  • 8 oz
    no-yolk noodles
  • 16 oz
    container light sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt and pepper each
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • freeze dried parsley for garnish

How To Make healthy romanoff noodles

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray.

    Cook noodles as directed, drain. Stir sour cream, butter, salt, pepper and garlic into noodles.

    Spoon mix into baking dish. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 20 mins. Sprinkle w/ parsley.
