Ingredients For healthy mac and cheese

1 canevaporated milk

1 1/2 c2% milk

2 Tbspminced onion

2 mdyellow squash (shredded
-
3-4 cshredded sharp chedder cheese

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 boxshell maccorroni pasta
How To Make healthy mac and cheese

1Pre-cook the pasta till they are almost done.

2Wile they are cooking mince the onion and shred the squash.

3In a large crock pot add the oil and onion and begin cooking. ( For cooking in 3-4 hours put on low for 1.5-2 hour cooking use on High)

4Drain the pasta.

5Add the pasta to the oil and onion. Then begin adding all other ingredients. Stir the mixture and let cook.
