2ears of corn

8 ozsmall shell pasta

1/4 cbuttermilk

1/2 cfresh basil chopped

4 ozfeta cheese

1/2 cparmigiano-reggiano, grated

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make grilled corn mac n cheese

1Grill the corn to get a little char on the kernels. Cut the kernels off the cob.

2Cook the pasta until done in boiling salted water. Drain reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.

3Place the pasta in a pot and add the pasta water, milk, and basil. Heat 2 minutes. Stir in the cheeses and cook until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
