1 pkggluten-free pasta cooked according to package directions (12 oz)

6 Tbspbutter

6 Tbspgluten-free flour

2 cmilk
-
8 ozColby cheese, shredded

8 ozMonterey Jack cheese, shredded

4 sliceAmerican cheese, torn into pieces

2 ozParmesan cheese, grated

2 Tbsphorseradish sauce

1 Tbspstone ground mustard

1 1/2 tspsalt

1 tsppepper
How To Make gluten-free macaroni and cheese

1Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease an 8x8 pan with butter. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

2Add gluten-free flour and stir until golden brown.

3Add milk and whisk to incorporate. Cook until a light boil and the mixture thickens.

4Reduce heat to the lowest level. Add Colby cheese and stir until fully melted.

5Stir in Monterey Jack cheese and stir until melted.

6Stir in American cheese and stir until melted.

7Stir in mustard and horseradish sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.

8Add cooked pasta to the cheese mixture. Stir.

9Pour the pasta and cheese mixture into the prepared pan.

10Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.

11Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
