Ingredients For ginger noodles

  • 1 lb
    rotini pasta
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp
    grated fresh ginger
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 c
    chicken stock
  • 1/4 c
    dark soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    mirin
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 bunch
    scallions finely chopped

How To Make ginger noodles

  • 1
    Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until done drain.
  • 2
    Meanwhile add the oil to large skillet. Cook the ginger and garlic about 2 minutes. Add the chicken stock, soy sauce, mirin and brown sugar. Cook until bubbly.

    Stir in the pasta. Cook until thickened and warmed through. Top with Green onions.
