Ingredients For fettucine al fresco

1 Tbspvegetable oil

1/2 cdiced cooked ham, optional

1medium onion, chopped

1/8 tspgarlic powder or 1 clove of garlic, minced

1 jarpasta sauce with fresh mushrooms(3 cups)

1/4 cchopped fresh parsley or 1 t. dried parsley flakes

6 chot cooked fettucine
-
grated parmesan cheese
How To Make fettucine al fresco

1Heat oil in saucepan. Add ham, onion and garlic and cook until onion is tender. Add pasta sauce and parsley. Heat through. Serve over fettuccine. Serve with cheese.
