1 smonion chopped

3 clovegarlic minced

1 tspred pepper flakes

zest and juice of 2 lemons

1/2 cfreshly grated pecorino romano

salt and ground black pepper
How To Make fettuccine with lemon

1Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente

2Meanwhile add some oil to a skillet and cook the onion and garlic until softened. Add the red pepper flakes and lemon juice and zest. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minutes

3Remove from heat and stir in the butter and season with salt.

4Drain the pasta and place back in pan. Add the lemon mixture and Pecorino Roman cheese. Mix well and serve sprinkled with pepper
