Ingredients For fettuccine w butternut squash mushroom cream sauce

1 mdbutternut squash cooked and mashed

4 Tbspbutter

1 mdonion diced

3 clovegarlic minced

8 ozfresh mushroom sliced

1 cchicken stock
-
1 cheavy cream
-
salt and pepper to taste

1 cgrated parmesan cheese

8 ozfettuccine pasta cooked and drained

2 Tbspfresh or dried sage
How To Make fettuccine w butternut squash mushroom cream sauce

1Melt the butter in a large saute pan. Saute the onion and mushrooms over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 3 minutes.

2Add the squash, chicken broth, and cream. Bring to a simmer and cook stirring until reduced a bit. Add the parmesan cheese and stir and cook until melted.

3Add the fettuccine tossing to coat well. Top with fresh or dried sage
