I will be the first to say this is a cheaters version of Mac & Cheese since I only used Velvetta and milk, but I will make NO excuses for it. It is THE BEST mac & cheese I've put in my mouth to date!

Ingredients For easy smokehouse maple mac & cheese

  • 16 oz
    boxed pasta
  • 8-12 oz
    velvetta cheese
  • 1/4-1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    mccormicks smokehouse maple seasoning
  • 1-2
    chopped green onions, opt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make easy smokehouse maple mac & cheese

    Boil pasta according to package directions and drain.

    Meahwhile cut up velvetta (the amount depends on how cheesy you like it). For 8 oz, place in glass bowl with 1/4 c of milk. Micro for 2 min., stir, micro another 2 min. Stir to mix together. If too milky add a little more cheese, if too thick add a little more milk.

    Add to pasta along with some Smokehouse Maple seasoning. I started with a tsp and added more because I love the flavor. Chop up one or two green onions and add to mac.
