This is my father –in-law Jimmy’s recipe. It’s a great for a group and stays nice and hot!

Ingredients For crock pot mac 'n cheese

  • 16 oz
    elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 6 c
    fresh grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2 lg
    cans evaporated milk
  • 1 stick
    margerine

How To Make crock pot mac 'n cheese

    Cook macaroni al dente’ according to package directions and drain well.
  • 2
    Whisk eggs and milks, together and to macaroni, chop up margarine in chunks, add to macaroni. Add 4 of the 6 cups of shredded cheese to the macaroni and mix all well. Top with remaining cheese.

    Pour into crock pot and cook for 3 hours on low.
