Ingredients For creamy spicy mac and cheese

16 ozpackage of pasta-your favorite

6 ozvelvetta cheese-light

8 ozcream cheese-light

4 ozcheddar cheese-grated

1/4 csour cream-light

10 ozcan rotel
-
1/2 tspea. of granulated garlic, granulated onion, cumin, black pepper

1 tspdried parsley

crumbled bacon or diced ham, optional
How To Make creamy spicy mac and cheese

1Place rotel in med. saucepan, add seasoning, cream cheese, and Velveeta. Heat over low heat to melt.

2Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.

3Drain pasta, mix in sour cream, then pour rotel cheese mixture over pasta, add grated cheese and parsley, mix well.
