Ingredients For creamy orzo

4 /2 cchicken broth
-
1 1/2 corzo pasta
-
6 Tbspsun-dried tomatoes, oil packed, minced

6 Tbspfeta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cflat leaf parsley, chopped

1/2 tspkosher salt

1/2 tspfreshly ground black pepper

8-10kalamata (greek) olives, cut
How To Make creamy orzo

1Bring broth to a boil; stir in orzo. Return to a boil. Cook orzo, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is absorbed, 9 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat.

2Stir in tomatoes, parsley, olives and feta, mixing until the feta begins to melt slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
