Ingredients For creamy crockpot mac and cheese

cwhole milk

1/2 tspdry mustard

1/2 tspsalt

4 Tbspbutter (1/2 stick) cut into pieces

1/2 csour cream

1 103/4 ozcan of cheddar cheese soup

3 eggsbeaten
-
2 1/2grated sharp cheddar cheese (10 ounces)

2 cuncooked elbow macaroni (an 8 ounce box is not quite 2 cups)

1/2 tsppepper
How To Make creamy crockpot mac and cheese

1Boil the macaroni in a 2 quart saucepan until tender, about 7 minutes and drain well.

2In a medium saucepan mix butter and cheese and stir until cheese melts. Combine cheese/butter mixture, sour cream, cheddar cheese soup, salt, milk, mustard and pepper and stir well.

3Add eggs and drained macaroni and stir again.

4Set the slow cooker (at least a 4-5 quart crock pot or halve the ingredients and use a 3 quart) on low setting and cook for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
