Sometimes you just gotta have carbs!!! And if your gonna have them might as well have something good, cheesy, buttery, and mm mmm mmmmmm good! This is not your recipe if your on a diet or if your trying to cut back, I have in the past, lightened it up by cutting the butter in half and replacing it with coconut oil. Enjoy!

Ingredients For buttery noodles

  • Half bag
    wide egg noodles (6-8oz)
  • 1/2 stick
    unsalted butter
  • 1/2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 c
    parmesan cheese grated (divided)
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • black pepper to taste

How To Make buttery noodles

  • 1
    To boiling water add noodles, reduce heat to medium and cook for 9min, drain, keep hot
  • 2
    In a separate skillet melt 1/2 stick of butter and stir in 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 3
    Add 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese, black pepper (more is better), and parsley
  • 4
    Add hot noodles and stir to coat noodles with cream/cheese mixture.

    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and put under broiler till slightly golden, serve
