Ingredients For broccoli mac and cheese

1/2 celbow macaroni

1 cbroccoli florets

1 Tbspbutter
-
1 Tbspflour
-
3/4 cmilk
-
3/4 ccheddar cheese, shredded

2 tspbreadcrumbs
How To Make broccoli mac and cheese

1Boil water and add macaroni. Bring back to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

2Add broccoli and boil for 2 minutes.

3Drain broccoli and macaroni, set aside.

4Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

5Melt butter in small saucepan.

6Add flour and combine.

7Whisk in milk and bring to a boil, whisking constantly.

8Add 1/2 cup of the cheese, whisking until melted.

9Remove from heat and stir in cooked macaroni and broccoli.

10Pour into a small buttered casserole dish.

11Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and remaining cheese.

12Bake for 30 minutes, until lightly browned and bubbly.
