Ingredients For best macaroni cheese

  • 1/2 c
    munster cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    monterey jack cheese
  • 1 c
    velvetta cheese, cubed
  • 1 c
    half and half
  • 1 lb
    elbow macaroni, cooked, el dente
  • note: leave a little amount of each cheese aside for top of casserole.

How To Make best macaroni cheese

  • 1
    In a large bowl, mix together all cheeses and cooked elbows, and mix all together well.
    In a 9 x 11 casserole dish, transfer noodle mixture to casserole dish.
    Add half and half, add remaining cheese on top, salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 375 for 35 - 40 minutes.
