Ingredients For baked macaroni & cheese

2 celbow macaroni, cooked & drained

1/4 cmargarine

1/4 call-purpose flour
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1/4 tspdry ground mustard
-
1/4 tspworcestershire sauce
-
2 cmilk
-
2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make baked macaroni & cheese

1Heat oven to 350. Melt margarine in 3-qt. sauce pan over low heat. Stir in flour, salt & pepper, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat till boiling. Boil for 1 minute. Stir in cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Stir macaroni into cheese mixture. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
