Ingredients For baked mac & cheese

1-8 ozmacaroni, elbow
-
2 cgrated 4 cheese blend
-
1/4 cbutter
-
1/4 call purpose flour
-
2 cmilk, 1%
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
How To Make baked mac & cheese

1Preheat oven 375. Cook Mac. as directed-then drain. In 1 1/2 quart bake dish, alternate mac & cheese. Set aside.

2Prepare sauce: Melt butter in med. sauce pan. Remove from heat. Blend in flour. Gradually stir in milk, then seasonings. Place back on med heat and bring to a boil. Stir and boil 1 minute.

3Pour sauce over mac & cheese. Bake 15/20 minutes. until cheese is melted and very lighly browned.
