Ingredients For angel hair pasta with tuscan parmesan sauce

1/2 lbangel hair pasta

1 1/2 cpasta water

2 tspbetter than bullion chicken

3 Tbspbutter

2 tspminced garlic

1/8 tspred pepper flakes

2 tsponion flakes, dehydrated

1 Tbsptuscan spice blend
-
1 cheavy cream
-
1/2 cparmesan cheese grated

1 smzucchini, cubed
-
1 smyellow squash, cubed
-
1 cmushrooms, sliced
-
2 tspminced garlic
-
6-7cherry tomatoes, halved
-
1 pkgbaby spinach

olive oil
How To Make angel hair pasta with tuscan parmesan sauce

1Cook pasta according to directions. Reserve 1 1/2 cups pasta water and stir in chicken bullion until dissolved. Drain pasta. Set them aside.

2In a heavy sauce pan, on med-high heat, melt butter. Add garlic, onion flakes, red pepper flakes, and Tuscan seasonings. Stir for a minute and add 1 cup of pasta water with chicken bullion and heavy cream.

3Heat to almost to a boil. Reduce heat to low and stir in grated parmesan cheese. Sauce should have a slight coat to the back of spoon. If not add a little more cheese. Stir until all cheese is melted Taste add salt or spices if needed. Set aside.

4In a large skillet, heat a few tablespoons of olive oil over med-high heat. Add zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms and garlic. Cook and stir vegetables until just tender. Add tomatoes and baby spinach cook until spinach is wilted. Sprinkle some Tuscan spice and grated cheese.

5Add pasta to the vegetable mixture and toss together. Spoon sauce over pasta, while gently mixing until everything is incorporated
