Ingredients For zucchini squash relish

10 czucchini, grated

4 conion, chopped finely

5 Tbspsalt

2 1/4 cvinegar

1 Tbspnutmeg

1 Tbspdry mustard

1/2 tsppepper

1 Tbspcelery seed

1red pepper, grated (seeded)

1green pepper, grated (seeded)

1 Tbsptumeric

1 Tbspcornstarch
How To Make zucchini squash relish

1COMBINE: first 3 ingredients & let stand overnight. NEXT DAY: Drain & rinse in cold water.

2Place the drained ingredients in a pan; add the remaining ingredients & cook for 30 minutes.

3Place in 6 sterilized pint size jars & seal. Let age 2 to 3 weeks before using.
