2 15oz cancannellini beans, drained and rinsed

1 Tbsporegano, dried

2 Tbspolive oil

1 conion, chopped

3 clovegarlic, minced
How To Make white beans with oregano

1Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and saute 5 to 7 minutes, or until onion begins to brown. Stir in garlic and oregano, and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.

2Add beans and 1 cup water and season, to taste, with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 15 minutes or until half the has evaporated. Beans should still be a little soupy.
