Ingredients For very hot mustard

  • 1/4 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    white vinegar
  • 6 tsp
    grounded dry mustard
  • 1
    wedge of lemon
  • 1/16 tsp
    pinch of sugar
  • beer

How To Make very hot mustard

  • 1
    Mix all together. Add a litte beer to thin.
  • 2
    Refrigerate till chilled. Serve with the Roast Ham. If you take the tip of a teaspoon that is all you need to serve.
