Ingredients For truffled polenta

  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/3 c
    chicken broth
  • salt
  • 1/3 c
    instant polenta
  • 1/4 c
    fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp
    black truffle oil

How To Make truffled polenta

  • 1
    Combine milk, chicken stock and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add the polenta stirring with a whisk until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in the cheese until it's melted. Drizzle truffle oil over top and serve.
