Ingredients For easy peasy roasted mushrooms

1 lbwhite button mushrooms
-
2 Tbspwater
-
1/3 citalian style dried bread crumbs
-
3 Tbspparmigiano-reggiano, grated
-
2 Tbspitalian parsley, minced
-
1/4 tspdried thyme
-
1 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/4 tspkosher salt
-
black pepper to taste
-
2 Tbspolive oil to drizzle

olive oil spray
How To Make easy peasy roasted mushrooms

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Slice off the bottom of the mushroom stems, and then wipe dirt off mushrooms with a damp paper towel.

3Quarter or halve mushrooms, depending on size.

4Sprinkle the 2 T. water in the bottom of a 13" x 9" pan, then place the mushrooms in the pan in a single layer. Season mushrooms with salt & pepper.

5In a small bowl combine the breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, thyme, garlic.

6Combine mixture & sprinkle evenly on top of mushrooms.

7Place dish on open door of dishwasher & drizzle evenly with olive oil, and then spray top with olive oil spray.

8Bake uncovered until mushrooms are golden, about 20 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
