Ingredients For toasted bread w/ ricotta, sauteed tomatoes & honey

    olive oil
  • 8
    cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 tsp
    fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 slice
    whole grain bread
  • 3 Tbsp
    whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp
    raw honey
  • 1/8 tsp
    flaky sea salt for garnish

How To Make toasted bread w/ ricotta, sauteed tomatoes & honey

    Heat a skillet on medium heat and add oil. Add tomatoes and saute just until they begin to lose their shape - 3-4 minutes. Stir in thyme.

    Toast bread and spread with ricotta. Top each with half of the tomatoes; drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sea salt.
