How To Make toasted bread w/ ricotta, sauteed tomatoes & honey

1Heat a skillet on medium heat and add oil. Add tomatoes and saute just until they begin to lose their shape - 3-4 minutes. Stir in thyme.

2Toast bread and spread with ricotta. Top each with half of the tomatoes; drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sea salt.
