This is a family favorite. I make it every Thanksgiving and always end up giving the recipe to all of our female guests...Everyone loves it!

Ingredients For thanksgiving yam soufffle

3 lbyams (about 6 yams) baked and skinned

1 stickbutter, softened

1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspginger
-
1 tsporange zest
-
1/2 cwhipped cream, unsweetened

3eggs, whip until creamy
How To Make thanksgiving yam soufffle

1Whip yams until smooth. Mix the first 6 ingredients together and whip til blended

2Beat the whipping cream til thick
-
3Beat the eggs til creamy, then fold into the cream.

4Fold the cream mixture into the yam mixture
-
5Pour into GREASED casserole dish

6Bake at 375* for 30 minutes..Yummy!
