1 cboiling water

3 cloosely packed parsley chopped

3/4 tspsalt

1/2 tspblack pepper

3 Tbspolive oil

3 Tbsplemon juice

1scallion chopped

1/2medium onion chopped

1medium tomoato chopped

1cuccumber skinned and chopped
How To Make tabbouleh

1Pour boiling water over the bulgur and let sit for 1 hour.

2Add all of the remaining ingredients. Stir well.

3Refrigerate until cold. Serve as a side dish.
