Ingredients For tabbouleh

1 cfine bulgur

1 cboiling water

3 cfinely chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cfinely chopped fresh mint

1/4 cminced scallions

2 mdtomatoes seeded and diced

1 mdcucumber seeded and diced

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspground cumin
-
1/4 tspground pepper

3 Tbsplemon juice
-
3 Tbspolive oil
How To Make tabbouleh

1Combine bulgur and boiling water and soak for 1 hour. Drain well and squeeze out any excess water.

2In a large bowl, combine bulgur, parsley, mint, scallions, tomatoes, cucumber, salt, cumin, black pepper and lemon juice. Chill for 1 hour.

3Immediately before serving, add olive oil and stir well
