This is one I was given years ago. I haven't made it in such a long time because of my diabetes, it's really good though, and diabetics if you DON'T get carried away, you can actually have some!

2ears roasted white corn take off the husk

1 cancorn undrained

1 cancreamed corn

1 csour cream
-
2eggs, beaten

1 boxjiffy corn bread mix

1 stickmelted butter
How To Make sweet corny corn bread (cast iron skillet)

1Dump all the ingredients in a bowl

2Stir to combine

3Pour into a buttered 10" cast iron skillet

4Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when poked in the middle of the corny bread
