This is one I was given years ago. I haven't made it in such a long time because of my diabetes, it's really good though, and diabetics if you DON'T get carried away, you can actually have some!

Ingredients For sweet corny corn bread (cast iron skillet)

    ears roasted white corn take off the husk
  • 1 can
    corn undrained
  • 1 can
    creamed corn
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 box
    jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 stick
    melted butter

How To Make sweet corny corn bread (cast iron skillet)

    Dump all the ingredients in a bowl

    Stir to combine

    Pour into a buttered 10" cast iron skillet
  • 4
    Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when poked in the middle of the corny bread
